Fitwaves is a company and project to help educate & motivate people, (primary focus: women & teenage females) to improve their health & fitness. We center on nutrition & exercise, while expanding to overall health (self-esteem, healthy eating, healthy amounts of physical activity, spiritual wholeness, constructive & beneficial social lives, and active community life (may include volunteering). Fitwaves consulting consists of advising on healthy eating and fitness, as well as time management and scheduling of priorities & goals; may sometimes include corporate development advising as well as restructuring life components.
